Cancellation Policy
Any advice regarding aspects of physical, mental, or emotional health is not meant to replace or substitute medical advice from a licensed physician. Always consult a health care professional if you have any issues with your health, YoFit and Yolanda Lopez Haugabook will not be liable in any way for any advice, outcome of such advice, suggestions, or opinions given in any session. You are responsible of informing YoFit if any Allergies before elemental tool kit is produced and personalized. Refunds issued at discretion of YoFit and are not given unless requested. Approved refunds will be given minus a 30% fee of the total session cost plus processing fees. No refund if you cancel. $20 fee will be billed for no call/no shows. Only a one time rescheduling opportunity. If the rescheduled appointment is missed you will forfeit appointment payment and must reschedule and pay for a new appointment. Note date of any packages or special offers you purchase, if applicable. No date extension.
