You are responsible of informing YoFit if any Allergies before elemental tool kit is produced and personalized. Refunds issued at discretion of YoFit and are not given unless requested. Approved refunds will be given minus a 30% fee of the total session cost plus processing fees. No refund if you cancel. $20 fee will be billed for no call/no shows. Only a one time rescheduling opportunity. If the rescheduled appointment is missed you will forfeit appointment payment and must reschedule and pay for a new appointment.
